The south facing exposure offers a breath taking view of the harbor and the outer islands both day and night. Six Bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths, with living room, dining room, gallery, full kitchen, wet bar, a 15' x 30' pool, sauna, and 1,000 square feet of decks on two levels - all in a beautifully landscaped semi tropical setting - provide the ultimate Caribbean retreat.

Terms and Conditions

• Reservations confirmed with a 50% down payment by check or credit card using Paypal
• Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
• An additional $500 check is required for phone/ loss/ security deposit and is placed in a separate escrow account and returned 30 days after departure.
• Reservations canceled 180 days prior to arrival will receive a 100% refund. We will reschedule at no cost for all other cancellations.
• Trip cancellation insurance is recommended.
